Alumni Volunteer Opportunities at Mount Union

There are many ways to reconnect to your alma mater and enjoy Mount Union after you have left campus. Whether you enjoy volunteering at events, mentoring students, investing in the future of Mount Union (The Mount Union Fund), or just gathering fellow alumni and friends together in your city, we can assist you!

We are currently looking for alumni volunteers for the areas listed below. These typically do not require a long-term commitment, which is a great way to give back to Mount Union when it's convenient for you!

 Reunion Class Agents

Become a Class Agent for your reunion!  The objective of a class agent is to invite classmates and create excitement to attend Alumni weekend through their networks (email, Facebook, friends, etc.).  Depending on interest from the class we can plan accordingly. 


Alumni Clubs

Clubs are an excellent way for alumni to connect with each other locally through community service projects and social gatherings. Check out a club in your area and volunteer to be the club coordinator.  We assist you along the way! 

National Day of Service

Day of Service - Alliance

Alumni across the country are encouraged to organize a project with fellow Mount grads in their geographic area giving alums the opportunity to choose what best fits the needs of their community.  Alumni, family/friends and parents are invited to participate. 

Career & Mentoring 

The Office of Career Development offers a variety of career and job transition resources to assist alumni who are in an active job search.  Many graduates don't realize that the Career Development Office provides almost all of the same services to graduates as it does to students. So, if you didn't use the Career Development Office while you were here, it's not too late.

Web-based program for professional networking.  Join the Mount Union Alumni group to connected with other MU alumni.




  M Club 

Get involved by volunteering at events and supporting the goals of the varsity letter winner association which supports current athletic programs through fundraisers, membership gifts and social events. Any student-athlete lettering in a varsity sport at Mount Union is eligible to be a member of M Club upon graduation. 


  Mount Union Women

This group was founded to support the education of women. Get involved with their fundraisers throughout the year to provide scholarships to women annually and social outings.  Any female graduate or friend of the University may be a member.
