Mount United: A National Day of Service
Saturday, April 12, 2014
Alumni across the country are encouraged to organize a project with fellow Mount grads in their geographic area giving alums the opportunity to choose what best fits the needs of their community. Alumni, family/friends and parents are invited to participate. We encourage projects to take place on this date but based on the criteria of the project may be on a different date.

- painting a room for a local homeless shelter, nursing home or school
All projects are to be submitted by someone willing to take the lead role in the area of the proposed project. Contact our office with details of the project you will coordinate. NOTE: Area coordinators are responsible for ensuring the success of the project that day as they will be the on-site go-to person.
Once we know your proposed project, the Office of Alumni Engagement will work with you to mobilize alumni in your area to encourage participation plus will supply T-shirts for those involved. Please send us a shirt count and sizes by March 31 in order to mail them to you in time. We request that you take a group photo and email to us to post online. We welcome additional photos to put on the website following the event.
