Aaron Swartz '00 President
|
Aaron is the Senior Manager of Assurance at Ernst & Young.
While at Mount Union, he was President, Treasurer and Parliamentarian of Student Senate, Dynamo Sports Editor, Blue Key Honorary and named Outstanding Senior Man.
He is currently a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's, member of the American Institute of CPA's, member of the United Way of Summit County Young Leaders Society, member of The Mount Union Fund 1846 Society and the Alumni Association representative to the University of Mount Union's Board of Trustees.
He is married to Leigh Ann, Mount's head volleyball coach, and enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Joel Sassa '78 Vice President
|
Joel is the Zone Manager at Chevrolet Motor Division, New York Zone for General Motors.
While at Mount Union, he was a member of ATO. He has been a member of the Executive Board for many years and the Marketing Task Force.
He enjoys spending time traveling, reading good books and visiting wineries.
He is married to Kathleen (Johnson '79) and proud of their Mount Union legacy. They have three children - Lindsey '07 (Andrew Mangus '07), Taylor '10 (Andrew Neimes'10) and Rob '14.

Paula Andreani '75 Reunions Chair
|
Paula is a part-time Spanish Teacher at Regina Coeli/St. Joseph Catholic School (Alliance City Schools).
At Mount Union, she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority, Foreign Language Club, Class Officer, Student Senate and the Band.
She is currently Co-President of Beta Psi Beta, the local alumnae chapter of AXO and a reunion volunteer through the Alumni Office.
She enjoys maintaining friendships fostered at Mount and spending time with family.
Paula has two children - Erin and Eric.

Robert Atkinson '73 Reunions Chair
|
Bob is a retired educator (Garfield Heights City Schools) and part-time Progressive Field Tour Guide and Assistant with Ball Park Special Events with the Cleveland Indians.
At Mount Union, he was involved with the Baseball team, Inter-Fraternity Council, a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, College Food Council, Dynamo and intramurals.
He currently is involved with the M Club and reunion volunteer through the Alumni Office. He enjoys watching spectator sports, reading and walking/biking the Cuyahoga Valley Canal Towpath Trail.
He is married to Jan and has two children - Jackie '06 and Rob.

Scott Berkely '80 Awards and Nominations Chair
|
Scott is a Unit Field Trainer at Bankers Life and Casualty Company.
He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Canton, serving as past President and current board member; current secretary/treasurer of Kiwanis Division 17 and past member of church finance. He is currently a choir member at Christ the Servant Parish and involved with Habitat for Humanity.
At Mount Union he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Concert Choir and Master Chorale.
He enjoys genealogy, travel and camping.
He is married to Laura (Thompson '82) and has four sons - Doug (married to Mandy), Chris, Marshall '09 and Tyler '12; one granddaughter (future UMU '31)

Jeannie (Fizet '73) Dieffenbaugher Reunions Chair
|
Jeannie is an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Talent Selection/Rewards at Henry Ford Health System.
She enjoys attending alumni events and homecoming and stays occupied with her current position as well as her former position as Manager of Volunteer Operations/Finance Community Relations of PGA of America.
At Mount Union she was actively involved with Alpha Chi Omega and Kappa Phi.
She was formerly an Ambassador for the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce (MI) and is currently active in the Lutheran Church in the Master Adult Choir and past president of three school parent teacher organizations. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, golfing, gardening and working with volunteers.
She is married to Curt Dieffenbaugher '77 and has two children - Tim (and Kelly) and Michelle (Jeff); and four grandchildren.

Christopher is a Director with Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., LPA.
Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member of the Board of Directors at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Board Member on the Finance Committee of the Stark Development Board, Member of ystark!, a graduate of the 24th class of Leadership Stark County, former Ambassador for ystark!.
He is married to Rachel and they have a daughter. He enjoys golf, skiing, running, traveling and reading.

Angelique Jones '00 Alumni Engagement Chair

Angelique is the Associate Director of Admissions at Ursuline College.
While at Mount Union, she was a member of the Black Student Union, Campus Crusade for Christ and the Inspirational Voices of Praise. She was also a Resident Assistant.
She enjoys her involvement in the Alumni Assocation, event planning and making jewelry.

Tennille Jones-Lewis '99 Alumni Engagement Chair

Tennille is a Counselor at Alliance City Schools.
She is actively involved with the Stark County Cuonselors Assocation, Chi Sigma Iota Counselor Honorary and the Stuckey Family Interfaith Child Development Board.
At Mount Union, she was a Resident Assistant, member of the Black Student Union, Campus Crusade for Christ and Student Senate.
She is married to Moses "Trey" '93 and keeps busy with their two children. She enjoys camping.

Robert A. Kerr '89 Admissions Chair

Robert is the Senior Director, Government Relations, Treasurer, NAE, PAC - National Association of Enrolled Agents.
During his years at Mount, he was involved in Student Senate, The Dynamo, Sigma Nu Fraternity, class officer, East Hall Head Resident, Resident Assistant, student member of the Academic Policy Committee and a Presidential Scholar.
He enjoys attending alumni events in the D.C. area, politics, travel, architecture and design.

Daniel Luketic '08 Communications Chair
|
Daniel is the President and Founder of Risk Management Technologies and part-time contractor with Bizdom and was a Mahoning Valley 40 under 40 nominee in 2011 and has been featured in the Jan/Feb 2013 issue of Inside Business Magazine as "One to Watch".
He is involved with AVE Intervision Network; LLC Sales and Business Development; YouLobby; Technology Accelerator Alliance Board Member; and Gamesnake. He also returns to campus to speak with Honors classes.
At Mount Union, he was a Presidential Scholar, received the Hubert R. Pinney Senior Award and was the Outstanding Senior Man award.
He enjoys entrepreneurship, volleyball, basketball, watching TED video, camping and scouting where he still assists with the Boy Scout Klondike events.
Daniel is married to his high school sweetheart, Christine. They enjoy their dog and walking around the century homes in their neighborhood.

Lara (Hanson '02) Mahoney Access Alumni Chair

Lara is the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communciations at Invacare Corporation.
She is currently a Board member of the National Investor Relations Institute, Cleveland Chapter.
At Mount Union, she was involved with various onstage and backstage theater roles and Student Activities Council.
Joining the Executive Board is her first active re-engagement with Mount but has stayed connected with a wonderful group of friends made freshman year in McMaster.
She is married to Marty and her greatest joy is re-discovering the world through the appreciative eyes of her two children.

Sue is a retired educator (Canton City Schools) and Gifted Coordinator for the District.
While at Mount Union, she was President of Alpha Xi Delta, a member of Panhellenic Council, Unonian Editor, Dynamo, a member of Lauriger (Senior Women's Honorary) and Future Teachers of America.
She is a past president of the Alumni Association which she is still involved with and current President of the Mount Union Women Canton Massillon Chapter.
She is a Master Gardener in Stark and Summit counties, Canton Student Loan Foundation Trustee, member of the Mayor's Literacy Commission of Stark County, Family Book Celebrations Chair, Canton Garden Center Horticulture Chair and Children's Garden Planning Committee, Founding member of the Heritage Herb Society and involved with the Sunday Morning Food Ministry at the Church of the Savior United Methodist where she is also a member.
She is married to Ed '68 and has two children - Ed and Jennifer '99 plus two grandchildren.

Chaity Roy '95 Access Alumni Chair

Chaity is an Anesthesiologist Assistant/Anesthetist with University Hospitals of Cleveland.
While at Mount Union, she was involved with AIS, Student Senate and the Multicultural Retreat.
She is married and has two sons. She enjoys gardening, healthy homemade food with home grown or local produce and striving to be the best parent that she can be plus being involved with her husband's unique and artsy tea house in Cleveland (Algebra Tea House).

Bill is the Vice-President of Commercial Lending at Premier Bank & Trust (fka Ohio Legacy Bank).
While at Mount Union, he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.
He is President of the Crisis Intervention & Recovery Center, Inc., member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council for Akron Children's Hospital, Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the Massillon Development Foundation, member of the Board of Trustees for Stark Development Board Finance Corporation, member of the Business Advisory Council for Perry Local Schools, member of the Advisory Board of Massillon Automobile Club Safety Patrol Trust.
He is married to Kathy (Enders' 83) and has two sons - William IV '07 and Aaron '09.
He enjoys golfing and boating.

Len is a retired professional educator (West Branch Local School District) both in the classroom and administrator positions.
He is a Lay Leader at the Union Ave. Methodist Church, involved with Habitat for Humanity and past president of the American Red Cross Alliance-Minerva Chapter.
At Mount Union, Len was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, the Track team, Unonian and Phi Sigma.
He is married to Lynda (Cailor '69) and they have two sons - David and J.Mark '00 - and five grandchildren.
